Our Sales Policy

• All rabbit purchases from Rabbit Seller are subject to these terms & conditions and sales policies. By purchasing a rabbit you agree to these terms. We also promise to provide you services as described in the policies below:
  

Guarantees

• Rabbit Seller provides a two week health guarantee on the rabbits. Within this 2 week time frame, we will provide free services for the rabbit in case of rabbit illnesses or disabilities due to, but not limited to: stress from change of travel and environment, and illnesses/injuries incurred from the rabbitry.
• Rabbit Seller does not provide guarantee on illnesses and disabilities caused by negligence or irresponsible care on part of the buyer. We reserves the right to refuse an exchange or provide service to a rabbit we deem to be ill or disabled due to negligence of the user, including, but not limited to: improper care, improper feeding, injuries due to lack of supervision, mishandling of the rabbits, attack by animals or undue stress on the rabbit caused by owner deeds.
• Should a rabbit purchased from Rabbit Seller die of an illness within the 2 week timeframe, we will replace it for free, provided there is a proof of death such as a veterinarian's report or assessment of the actual rabbit's body by Rabbit Seller. Information of death by word of mouth or photos are not considered proof. Death by negligence is also not considered for exchange.
• In the case where Rabbit Seller is unable to determine the cause of illness, injury or death as either negligence on part of the buyer or illness, injury from the farm, and death due to those reasons, we will discuss with the buyer and attempt to work out a solution acceptable to both parties.

Payment and Pricing

• Prices from each rabbit may vary depending on breed and pedigree as well as the age, quality and development of the rabbit. Rabbit Seller reserves the right to adjust the price of a rabbit accordingly, as deemed appropriate by Rabbit Seller.
• All sales are final.
• Payments are accepted in the forms of cash terms only.

Shipping

• We also ship locally and internationally. All shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
